At EuroOptica™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury eyewear; if your selection isn't perfect, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the eyewear in its original designer case and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
